This painting brings to mind happy days spent at our shore property “down the line” in Nestorville. We would pick baskets of blueberries from the rocky hills and enjoy delicious blueberry pancakes cooked on a grill over the morning fire.
Algoma is known for its wild blueberries: a bounty ripe for the picking in late summer.
